what about a house cup that draws people in? or at least make the forum active. I put something in the Slytherin room about it mainly for Slytherins but thinking about forum wide. One of the ways to get points would be inviting a friend and they get 10 points for that, the friend also gets 10 points if they join. It would be something done that someone in each house keeps track of points and such.

So you would have to come up with a point system? You could use classes, clubs, Quidditch maybe even dueling matching to earn points. Then there would have to be ways to deduct points from the different houses, maybe whenever a student gets a detention and of course people who break the rules.
